Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them for DD+ cup sizes as I think there are better options. They work better for people in smaller cups who don’t need much support. Also, I would not follow their size guide. It’s horribly inaccurate. In standard US sizing, 36H is designed for a 44" bust (8" difference) and 36I is designed for a 45" bust (9" difference).
