Only way I can think of to fix this issue would be to redownload the game as this should install the latest version of the game. I know the post is old but as some people seem to still have the problem I hope this helps.

Yes the servers are still working, but idk why that error happens. I fixed it by uninstalling the game and factory resetting my console but selecting the option to keep installed games. When everything was done, I installed BO3 and it started working again.
