BOTW on Cemu has very much more performance than BOTW on Yuzu, and this isn't good. Yuzu isn't that good to run BOTW and the engine behind TOTK will be the same as BOTW's, so: if you don't have a very good setup, maybe TOTK can be unplayable or get a bad performance at launch. And idk if it will be slow to be at least playable.Yuzu for the switch is a little different though and hasn't been around as long as Cemu. So it doesn't have as many tweaks/mod options. If you really want it to stay at 30 fps you can always activate the frame limiter in Emulation > Configure... > General > Framerate Cap. 1.
