People seem to want AA/50crit dmg/25less vats cost on EPR flamer. On PC, AA50c25 EPR is worth a bundle of 2-3 god roll weapons/ultra rare apparels. But on console, Q50c25 railway seems to be at the top. Vampire plasma flamer is also popular and sought after. Generally, EPR flamer is considered god roll if it has: AA, V, B as first star,It likely is not an Enclave version if it has a pulse capacitor on it. If it is a regular plasma gun simply change the pulse capacitor to anything else to make it a flamer again. The auto barrel might be considered commando though. Btw it’s worth it. A good enclave flamer build is ridiculous. Definitely requires rifleman though.
