I had a 3" rough country lift with 37's on 20" factory wheels. The tires did not hit the wheel wells but they did rub the frame pretty bad at full turn. The tires were 37x12.50 nitto trail grappler. You can do all the lift you want but the tires are going to rub the frame with the factory wheels because of the off set.

I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. I bumped up the stock gearing from 3.73 to 4.30's. Made a big difference off the line and up hills. I pull a 7-8k lb boat loaded. Tire pressure in 37" tires. I have a 04 6.0 with 37x13.5 Toyo's on it. Most people run way more air in their tires than needed. I normally let air out until the tire sits flat on the ground. To get a good footprint I had to go to 40psi front and 30 psi rear.
