Highly recommend!!! I was honestly so nervous as this was the first time I used gosplitty.com but took a chance because the rates were substantially less than any other site. ($535 per night versus $308 per night) I called the Ritz Carlton directly as soon as I booked to verify that they had the confirmation.

Accidentally booked a trip without insurance and immediately contacted to get this cancelled and corrected while the transaction was still pending, got stonewalled multiple times before being told it was "escalated" and hearing nothing back. I call your company 1-844-441-0866 for an additional discount on my room. Only to find out that online prices are lower than the actual price you customer service team are charging you false advertisement. Then they tell you that the rooms you looking had just been sold out and the same room that is available is going at a higher price.I originally booked a horrible hotel room and needed to cancel the second day reservation (there were bugs and it was clearly unclean). I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.
On Trustpilot, Gosplitty has a 3.1 rating. On Sitejabber, a user wrote “They wrote ALL fees were included upon payment. This is not true. I was charged 150 dollars for resort fees upon checkout from the hotel on my card that I left for incidentals.”. Gosplitty Travel also has bad reviews on BBB. They have a rating of 1.27/5 stars.Algotels/Trivago is a scam. As a travel agent, I should have known better. In September 2023 I booked a hotel in California, USA for November, on Trivago.com and for some reason, even though the process appeared to be 100% through Trivago, they sent my reservation through a "partner" called Algotels.
