I worked for Cintas back in the 1980's and always wanted to work for Cintas again. I was working in the A/R department, and the requirements were almost impossible to achieve. And also if they felt like they could not assimilate you to their thinking, then you were not a good fit. It was like working for a Cult! Pros.

I’ve been looking to get out of the industry for a while now, and got in contact with a manager from Cintas for a route driver/sales position. Everything sounds great on paper. Good pay, low pressure for sales/no cold calling. 4 day work weeks. Seems like a good transition out of the kitchen especially since a lot of the clients are restaurants.
