Engine looks virtually new, and has been stored for last 5 years due to damaged boat. He says it was fresh and ran very well in 2001 when it was stored.

The carb models are very strong and reliable. On the back of the engine there is a sensor that will have a brown wire and a yellow. If you ground the yellow wire while the engine is running it should slow down.
