Differences between S3 and S3&K. Only Sonic and Tails are playable. The Title Screen theme, Knuckles theme, Invincibility theme, Ending theme, and the Act 1 Boss theme were changed in S3&K. My PC isn't the issue it's decent enough, I actually find Sonic 3 Complete to feel nicer because of this as well due to retroarchs runahead feature making latency a non-issue with the game, but obviously Complete doesn't have widescreen, the remastered audio and I don't think it has the drop dash ability either.
