it's a bad reforge if you think about it. Cd and str are equal after the str nerf. Suspicious reforge gives 7% cc and 85cd and Withered gives 135 str + your cata level. 7% cc on livid dagger is useless and str and cd being equally important it's better to get whatever gives the most stats, that is withered

I never recommend full shadow assassin, it's best to use a gold head and a zk cp is better than an sa cp without the full set bonus so you should sell the sa cp for 2/4 necron and use gold head 2/4 necron and zk cp.
