More along the lines of 115HP and 125 lbs. of torque. 85 -90 HP 100-105 tq on a stock 103 with the 555. 100 hp 110 tq on a stock 103 that would be pretty hard to achieve.The 254 just runs HOT! So far, it's doing great. Good power, quiet, and seems about 20 degrees cooler.
