I did it just to try it out and invest a few bucks, but I loved it so much I decided to make a Fundrise Review. There are 80+ crowdfunding websites, and the majority of them aren’t really that good.

The initial $5,000 I invested was split into two sections: Income eREIT and Interval Fund. The Interval Fund still says it’s “ramping up” 3 months later, so my assumption is that that’s a longer-term play. I invested $5,000 in August and – by November – have made about 10% on my money and paid $1.42 in fees.
