We own a property in Big Bear and come up very often. We always bring friends and are always so excited to go to Hacienda Grill. Everytime I get the suizas enchiladas with a mango jalopino margarita. It is wonderful! Though the service is always horrible. The staff is never smiling and not at all energetic.
