I would say your DIC is probably over by 1 mpg by my experiences with 23K mileson a '17 2500 LTZ. Mileage improved a little and I have never reset my 2nd mileage meter which reads 16.2 mpg for the average life of the truck with say 55% city and 35% highway and 10% towing.

My LML would pretty much instantly start within less than a second of cranking when not freezing cold. I'll have to time them and see if there is really a significant difference or just seems like a long time to me.

The CTS2 also has a throttle position indication. It would be interesting to watch a comparison for those experiencing the dead pedal versus ours that accelerate like a rocket the relationship between throttle pressure and boost. This would troubleshoot if it is the sensor or a performance issue with the engine.

Looks like I have manual and mobile regen buttons available on my unit!!! Crappy cellphone photo, but 2nd and 3rd items are manual and mobile regen buttons within the diagnostics screen.1) the filter will not physically fit. The diameter is too big (cooler changed in 2020) and without relocating the secondary coolant pump, it's too long. 2) the CAT filter adapters sold previously don't work as the oil cooler threads have changed now. 3) the CAT filter has no internal bypass valve. The L5P is flat out a better built motor! Go do your research! The L5P has new heads on it that flow much better and a new fuel injection system but the main engine is mainly the same.
