VATS crits are worthless because no one uses flamers in VATS. Slower breaking is actually kinda good, but A/FFR is just better overall. As far as the enclave plasma flamer, generally the same as the others, AA, bloodied, vampires, etc. quad is useless. I have a 2* AA/ap regen on kill and it slaughters everything. I would probably keep rolling for a vampires (I have a 2 plasma flamers) but I’m keeping the AA for sure.
