Once you get there it will be worth it! Having one of those collapsible wagon with rugged wheels will help a lot but might be difficult to bring if you're traveling via plane. It's possible. Lyft in and out of EDC. They have Lyft Wi-Fi available because phone service is shit. The Lyfts will be pretty pricey.
Tropicana last October was running buses between the strip and the speedway like there was no shortage. The best shuttles yet but 1.5-2 years of EDC budget will get you everything needed and then some.
