Package is under 3 oz. I went into the Post Office this morning and was told that in order to ship something First Class it has to be a "package". The teller said that a "package" must be rigid, whereas bubble mailers are not. She said I could either stick cardboard in the mailer, or pay for Priority Mail costs (~$3.30).
