The high detergent in ATF will help with the remaining coolant in the oil system. These systems are under pressure during normal use. If you have a leak in the overflow tank, or elsewhere, it can lower the pressure in the system and cause the water/coolant to boil a bit. Take off the radiator cap & look carefully around the rim & inside of the radiator neck. There's 2 different places where the 2 gaskets in the cap will seal against. 1. The outermost rim of the radiator neck (above the hose connection for the overflow). 2. Just below the hose connection should be a kind of ledge where the next gasket will seat.

It's not likely getting into the oil and definitely shouldn't be getting into the coolant. Make sure the air filters are good and the air filter piping is intact.
