Every person in my 8th level brew has 2 skill feats, battle medicine(pg 258 core) and godless healing(pg 56 Lost Omens Guide). Battle medicine might be the single most broken skill feat in this game, but combined with Godless Healing feat, say goodbye to clerics or dedicated healing classes. My group has no clerics/any healing spells.
