I was wondering if there's any advice for completing the offer, if I have to spend any money or something like that. Or if I should just give up lol. I know grinding "The Pit" gives you a lot of rare earth material to get all the character XP, and the other little events. Or also, since it's $50 sb reward to get to level 23, you can spend like $20-$30 to grind to 23 in speedups and resources, that way you'll at least profit $30-$20 for all your trouble that way you're not left empty handed ...

Just for anyone passing by -- mine also pended within minutes of hitting level 17 HQ's. I spent a total of $2 on the game in Google Play credit. It can be done in 7-10 days for free play as long as you're participating in all events and leveling up strategically. You don't even really need to send out for resources.

Use biocaps to buy 4 hour construction speed boosts that reduce the time by 15% for anything started in 4 hours. Use all these boosts before starting constructions that take more than a day, but especially the levels from 22-25 as those take forever. In the end my 25 HQ took 8 days instead of 18 from all my stacking.

Puzzles and conquest is a reskinned puzzles and survival. I've been playing about a week and just got to castle 19, everything has pended 3 levels early so far. I'm not sure if level 31 is achievable, but 23 (20 if it pends early) should be. Empires and puzzles went off player level, puzzles and conquest is castle level. The highest Queen Level Rank on the entire leaderboard is level 26. And those are pay to play users, not in it for Swagbucks. My queen is level 20 after a little over 2 weeks of solid game play, and I've spent $5 on the builders gear.
