Hitmonchan is a solid contender for the worst fully evolved pokemon in RBY, it's a slow, frail, not especially strong, fighting type in the gen where every team has a psychic type. Nah excluding Ditto the worst FE in 7U is Beedrill. Hitmonchan has a genuine place in the meta, Beedrill is just not worth using.
