When you open the download window, there is a blank line (3rd option) - that is DDx. It's hosted on Mega (size is larger than LL download limits, I believe). Not sure why they left the description blank, but it is there and converted for SSE.Devious Devices Assets, Integration, and Expansion all only add the devices into the files, you can spawn them with console commands, or look up mods to add in devices based on a situation. My preferred mod for this is Cursed Loot, which gives a chance to add devices onto your character when you activate objects.
