You most likely have a linking problem. In bedrock villagers don't need a path to a bed or job block to link to it. Make sure you don't have any other beds or job blocks within 50 blocks of your farm. Or other villagers within 50 blocks that could link to your farm job blocks and beds. Next break your beds and place them one by one.

For awhile the farm was instantly spawning golems then right after the raid it just stopped, next time im on ill just try to destroy there beds and maybe get new villagers or something if nothing works.
