This plug is called a configuration plug. If you have a 3-port isolation module, this plug is not used at all. It is just left open. On headlights they now call it a "Common" and common can be positive or negative. (Most truck still use a negative common.)It is the 4-port isolation module and the 3-plug set up. This is the same for both Fisher and Western. We also recommend getting a tube of dielectric grease to protect these plugs. Western went from relay wiring, to 4 port wiring, to 3-port wiring and now Multiplex wiring. We have all of these options available.
