Also, the email states that it could take weeks for all the requirements to be verified since they are inputted manually. So, I don't think we should worry since seems like they are taking their time.This is a professional promise that you will take their offer. I think the idea is that the earlier you send it, the earlier you are complete and can get an interview. Earlier interviews may have a better chance of acceptance. With time, the amount of seats available diminishes. So getting your application in early gives you a better chance. Do the best you can to submit it as soon as possible!
