Don't go all-out damage. For Normal-level players, you should prioritize scrolls generally in this order: (1) Defense, (2) Movement Speed, (3) Damage. There are a LOT more damage scrolls than defense/ms scrolls, so this shouldn't be an issue as far as you damage is concerned. Watch a tutorial on ascensions (OGMako on YT has good ones).

Trouble with Lei Luo. I've been playing with the new character, figuring out how his primary skill works, sniping from afar. But his overall damage and output has felt very underwhelming to me, especially compared to what other heroes can do. I wanted to see if anyone shared that notion, but all the threads seem to be about how overpowered he is.
Lei Luo I like the woodpecker for its high rate of fire. Inscriptions like 25% to insta-kill and Elemental orb on crit are great with this weapon. Tao is not melee at all. Tao needs fast firing weapons, so her best weapon would be a demonlore or Angelic aura (recent buff made this weapon have insane fire rate).
In nightmare or lower, I'd say critx is his best build but if solo, going shock chance on arc + use chain lightning on a crit while using aura of venom to consistently apply crits and decay for miasma is a super solid build as well.
