After calling Lululemon HQ and sending a photo of the seam, they confirmed that the pant was in fact eligible for a replacement even though they were purchased in late 2020 (right before the pandemic).

GEC doesn’t dictate what stores do and don’t offer repairs. Definitely bring it in and have them look at it. Mine still does, I just had a ebb to street tank seam repair a couple weeks ago. Some stores quit repairs during Covid but lots still do it. Mine uses the same service that provides the hemming.
