For now I'm comfortable with the vanilla sliders since I have the whole next gen experience to get used to as well. I have injuries at 29 and fatigue at 85. I've found that these give a realistic amount of injuries (maybe a bit on the heavier side), and fatigue combines with Auto Subs for a semi-realistic rotation.
