The number of shares, 40,000,000 is way too low. By our estimates, there are some 300,000,000+ shares Naked that need to be covered. This share offering is just 13% of what they need. So, either a) they still need MMTLP to trade to close shorts b) we are way, way off in our estimate of the number of short shares.
