Avista has released that they have scheduled a power outage in the Kettle Falls area for Nov. 29 at 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. The customers who will be impacted by this outage will be notified by Avista. There will be no road closures during this outage, but Avista crews will be using a helicopter to help them replace power poles in the area.
