My current home base is in the jungle where I'm surrounded by reapers and spiders, so lots of poison damage especially from the reapers. I thought zombies would be a good counter but for whatever reason they suffer poison (and bleed) damage just as if they were still alive. Oddly enough though, the tamed komodo I have doesn't get the poison debuff.
