I need to get my parents' B1/B2 visa renewal done. I paid the MRV fee and when I tried to schedule the appointment, it made me select OFC and VAC appointments, and the earliest I found was in Feb 2025. I thought for dropbox didn't need OFC appointments. Now, I'm not sure if I even got the interview waived. Customer service doesn't help.
