Litter robot says offline.

We have been having problems with our LR3 the past 2-3 weeks. Today we realized it hasn't notified us that it was full, so we checked on it and it wasn't cycling at all. We turned it off and back on again, checked the app and it said it was offline and then at 0%. In the history, it says it was reset and that a cycle was complete and was 6% full.
