Did truelearn CE and COMAT questions = 85%. After that I did Comquest CE and COMAT Questions = 92% (100th percentile for reference) and then on the COMAT there were probably 40 ish where I had to guess (30ish percent) whereas on truelearn I guessed on like 2-4 per block of 20 and comquest I guessed like 5-10 times total. As always, OMM was more of a mind game than an actual clinical test. They just said the same shit in like 5 different ways to try and trick you, but most of the test was determining a dx (i.e T4 RrSr) and then asking you how you'd set the pt up for different tx modalities (i.e muscle energy, Still's, etc) Strongly suggest comquest for COMAT tbh.
