I’ve got a rough ride(yes I know these trucks ride like tanks sometimes). I posted about the issue awhile ago. It’s almost like a death wobble, for a very breif period of time (maybe 5 seconds) and then it goes away, also it goes away if I speed... Has anyone done a full write up of the replacement procedure for the injectors? I want to do the ones in my 6.9 and the 7.3 I got last night. I've been surfing the forum but haven't found anything yet. And is there one for the glow plugs? The 7.3 system isn't working right now.

If the post you picked is the one for the range the DNE-2 is in, nothing will happen. If the DNE-2 was in the other range you will hear the motor pulling the shift mechanism. Move the positive jumper to the other electric post on the DNE-2 and you will hear it move to the other range.

Break the locking nut loose with a 1/2 wrench, then screw the allen in with a 3/16 hex. Tighten the locking nut down to 7 ft lbs and check idle rpm. AFAIK the 7.3's all use the same filter head, with the same fuel heater in it. The 6.9's had a fuel heater on the line between the lift pump and filter head.

The engine harmonics will crack the bolts and then you loose a poston of the complete engine because you have no oil pressure.
