Polaris rzr code 520 230.
First code, 520230/31 is related to your EPS. Sometimes if you have the key in the run position for a while without turning on the actual machine it will throw this code. Sometimes it does it randomly due to poor connections or ground. And sometimes it’s just the electrical gremlins.

Jul 19, 2017 · Read it was a grounding issue and I ran through all the wiring and can't find the short. The next conclusion is it's in the diff or the switch. Easier to blame the switch since the orange light works occasionally, plus its easier to replace lol. The code seems to pop up more when the switch is left on and there are frequent starts and stops. I wrote down the code, turned off the engine and restarted. Jun 17, 2017 · To all rzr owners if your getting the code 520344 17 and your fuel pump still works but runs like crap, replace the O ring on top the fuel pump. My PSI went from 32 to 58 psi just by replacing o ring. So I just had the same code for a few months replaced belt. No good o2 sensor no good. P0314 & P0302 Missfire. I Have a 2015 RZR XP4 1000 with 102 miles on it. I was driving the other day and it just loss power. On board diagnostic tool kicked out the two engine codes. I took it to dealer and they have had it for 4 days and still do not know what is the issue. Today they told me they are waiting on a call from polaris.Check Engine code 51. I was getting the code for "stuck throttle" so I pulled every connection on the machine I could find, cleaned them all and applied dielectric grease. The stuck throttle code is gone. -Now I'm getting code 51 which is an injector issue (edited in post 3). The machine seems to run fine.Mar 16, 2017 · EPS code 520230. Resetting 1127 Code. I have a 1127 code the rzr runs fine no limp mode. I got into some snow and had to get on it to get through the drift and when I stopped shortly afterward I seen a check engine light. Code said 1127. Drove it the rest of the day no issues no loss of power. Key cycled it a number of times that day and the code won't go away.
