Building MR against Vlad is more important than building antiheal. Ryze is a simbol of battlemage, ap dps. Of course, Ryze has been used as a supporter on top lane with tank itmes in 2013 ~ 2014. However, the other whole history of Ryze was a simbol of late game ap dps. Unlike Cassiopea and Azir, the other ap dps mages, Ryze does not have to worry about aiming.
