Just use a ratchet and tighten them down using the proper criss-cross pattern so it goes down evenly. Do it in two passes, snug, then final tightening.

Alum heads are usally lower in tourqe because when the engine heats up the alum adds more clamping force. I think its 75 with arp molly lube and 100 wiith oil. try arp.com.
