For the waning gems, farm up the Loran silverbeasts in the nightmare of menses for the easy to get basic versions, and farm Lower Loran dungeons (agian FRC ones for the top of the line gems). If you're dead set on farming triangular gems for whatever reason, Isz dungeons drop em, but be aware that they will be far rarer than the waning verson.
