I’m having this issue too but in addition to DVR recordings, it happens with live TV. Several channels are choppy but some aren’t. Also did a system reset and device reset several times. Didn’t help. Streaming from other devices works just fine so presumably a Comcast specific issue. 1.BruceW. But Basically an engineer came out and changed the V6 box as we had had it since 2017 and as I presumed it was the Hard Drive. Also the engineer changed the coaxial cable going into the box as he said we had older type cable and can cause the pixelating. Also make sure the coaxial going into your modem is updated too.
