The PSA Dagger is a revamp of the Glock 19 and the most notable differences are the aesthetics. The internals do feature some slight differences namely the slide rails. This is a question for someone who owns both a G19 and G23 to answer - thx. You're putting a G19 slide on a G23 frame. The ejector is in the trigger assembly on the G23 and it is originally set up for 40 cal. You could get some wild cartridge ejections since the 40 ejector is different fromthe 9mm ejector. I don't see why it wouldn't but people here tend to know a lot more than me in these things. For those wondering why, I want to leave the 19x stock and modify the gen 5 for an rmr.Let's say you buy the slide for $160 and the AR/dagger lower package for $100. To finish off the dagger, all you need is a $12 G19 mag. For the AR15, you can get a full lower parts kit for $100, an upper for $350, and a mag for $10. You will obviously have a section of the recoil spring exposed because the dust cover of the 26 frame is not long enough to fully extend to the end of the Dagger's slide.
