Sylvando - Agility, MP, Defense, Charm. Sylvando doesn't have much MP early on so I found giving him a few MP seeds helped him out. Charm is probably his next stat to focus on. He does get good armor options so he can do a bit of tanking as well. Agility is a decent stat to raise on him since he is a support character.
