So the problem was the dealership sold me the AC line that had the R134A port on it. I needed the AC line with the 1234yf port. When I installed the wrong line the first time there was one seal I reused. GM did make this is very easy to do. Just find the fuse for it underneath the instrument panel on the passenger's side, remove it, wait about a minute or so, then put the fuse back in. Then, turn on your car and the AC will be running.
