The entrance to the lab is in the T-Rex cave. You will find the entrance centrally in the pond. Dive in the middle, but beware of the koi and other animals. Follow the hose through the hole at the bottom of the pond. There you will find the T-Rex with its glowing eyes. If you follow the cave, you will come across the destroyed laboratory entrance.
