Same goes for t_item.tbl and t_text.tbl, they don't work as intended because of changes from PS4 to PC. We need to wait for them to figure out the encryption of the game before they can fix this.

It's a simple translate program, but the feature you'll need to use is 'Text Recognition'. Once you open the program, you press ctrl + r to enable a canvas where you can click and drag over the area you want translated. It won't translate until you have the OCR API entered in the Advanced options. Kuro 1 is completely done. Just buy the NISA version of the game on Steam, and you can patch and play it now.
