It's just a solid and non gimmicky build. Over the years we have gotten so many ridiculous abilities with kingpin/stoic/leech etc. that this feels very tame compared to those things. Nonetheless, this is still a very solid and tanky build. Good damage, 2 shot armor, 2 shot health. With leech the ampule is good and all but you still usually end up getting downed when it ends. How are you supposed to use the ampule when armorgating with bullseye is preferable? You still usually run out of hp in like 4-5 hits with the ampule activated, you can get objectives done, sure, but it's just like swansong.
