I can confirm that Fidelity is indeed trying to charge $100 to transfer physical share certificates to AST. I called yesterday after seeing that email from Nextbridge. AST transferred the shares to the broker with no fee. What youre doing is essentially transferring the shares back to AST.

That reconciliation may not take place in the open market as we thought, maybe they buy them back privately, or maybe MMTLP has to be extended somehow, I don't know, but there will be too many people out there with shares they purchased of MMTLP for this thing to just "go to Nextbridge".
