Re: Gun transfer from son to father. Yes. The law doesn't say "father to son" or "son to father", it says "between parent and child" so it can go either way, no paperwork or FFL required only as long as both parties are residents of PA and 18 or older, and not prohibited. Note my correction on your age limitation.

moving guns to PA. Hi, I am in the process of moving to PA from VA. I have a 20 ga shot gun and a 22 rifle, plus a 22 pistol and 32 pistol. Do I have to do anything to bring these guns into PA..
