It's not perfect, but it's pretty darn good, and it plays nice with other Addons. Just go with ElvUI. It has everything a UI needs minus the likes of WeakAuras2.

Copy your entire Interface and WTF folders to a backup location somewhere else on your computer, and delete them from your Warcraft folder. Load up the game to rebuild those 2 folders.

For elvui use the default profile, for plater, if you want to use mine the profile is called Modern Wow that should set up most things the way you see it in my screenshot. ElvUi is a UI Addon. ElvUi and WeakAuras are beasts but when you use them together it can make WOW so much more enjoyable. I recommend making your own ElvUi profiles if you go that route.
