Dec 29, 2023 · SporTran is making some changes in 2024 based partly on the results of recently-conducted surveys on the needs and wants of their riders. Two community feedback surveys launched in September, the first such surveys in many years, meant to gauge passengers' satisfaction with bus service are leading to the route changes, the extension of free rides and a return to some pre-pandemic policies.
